| How does Extra TDX works by helping to increase blood flow to the erectile tissues of the penis. During arousal, the arteries in the penis relax and widen, allowing more blood flow into the erectile tissues. These arteries then expand and harden. The veins that carry blood away from the penis become compressed, restricting the blood flow out of the penis. More blood begins flowing in and less flows out, making the penis much harder, and causing a much larger erection.
